At Maraash, we aim to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions for cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our ecommerce website or via WhatsApp.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
• Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• For cancellation support, contact us immediately through WhatsApp.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered
• Wrong size delivered by our side

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

Once the return request is approved, the damaged or defective item will be returned within 5 to 6 working days.

3. Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Return request must be approved before sending the item

4. Non-Returnable Products

• Used or damaged products by customer
• Washed or altered items
• Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products
• Clearance sale or non-returnable offers

5. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 working days.
• Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or agreed payment option.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers can request a size exchange if the requested size is available in stock.

Customers may place orders or product inquiries through WhatsApp. Product links, product names, selected sizes, colors, and related order details may be shared through WhatsApp for order processing and support purposes.
